Not heavy and boxy like you get with a lot of the 100% cotton blends. It is semi fitted (not tight), longer in the torso for a bit of a scrunch over the jeans, and the sleeves hit the biceps in just the right spot rather than falling down past them  Just an all around, well made shirt.
